I have been waiting for this news for a while now and I’m happy to see changes being put into effect, but I do agree that we need more than one year for this to work.

While many are excited for the expansion of free nasal naloxone, some of those who pushed for this program are concerned to see that B.C. has so far only committed funding for free nasal naloxone until the end of March 2027.
Does anybody know if there are "narcan trainers" available? Preferably for free.
We'd like people to be able to practice with something reusable, like we do with epipen trainers.
I can get my hands on expired narcan but those are single use - once you push the plunger you can't "reset it" to plunge again.
And the tactile-ness of actually pushing the plunger is what we want people to experience.
