This week has been a journey of discovery as I learn to use my new #Remoska. A #lowenergy way of cooking, which should largely replace our electric ovens on a daily basis. I had a smaller one in the camper for some time, but the larger Dua is more flexible for home use and able to tolerate use on the gas hob as well.
