Mika#JPJ Malaysia tip: Instead of renewing your road tax on the #MyJPJ app, do so from their web portal instead (which shares the same user credentials). Both ways are easy, but this one's a lil easier for me since I've to do this for the entire family every year - and not needing their phones, being able to do this from my computer, is a blessing.
The nicest thing tho, is that doing so from the web immediately allows you to download a PDF of 1) the receipt (now also possible on the app), and 2) a digital copy of your road tax together with its verification QR (not possible on the app). This means you could have a safe digital copy of your road tax in a neat PDF form, in cases where you could not access the app.
It'll be a while till I'd need to do this for my driving license, but I assume, this may also be true for driving licenses too. When we started getting this digital license and road tax from the MyJPJ app, it was mind boggling to me how it's not a thing, to allow you to export these things as a PDF for safekeeping - instead Loke just tells you to keep a screenshot lmao. As stupid as #MySejahtera was, that simple feature to generate PDF (in MySJ's case, your vaccination cert) came out of the box.
