NextCloud 15 is out, Grauphel can't be used in it as it's maked for compatibility until NC14 only. I can help testing if any signigicant changes are needed.

Shaarli can be accessed through a REST API: https://shaarli.github.io/api-documentation/ It would be nice to use that instead of requesting a user password when setting up Shaarlier.
