My body and mind need enough physical activity to function properly. I like going to the gym, hiking, and swimming, so body, mind and me are all on the same page. So far so good, until my body decided it needs *exactly the right amount* of activity.

Too little: protest from every joint in my body and fluffernutter for brains.

Too much: back muscles go haywire and I spend a day on the couch.

Sigh.

After selling everything I owned to move to Sweden in late 2021 I wished that I'd never have to pack for another overseas move again.

The digging of rubble by hand continues at a snails pace.

Ordered a Hippobag, all the rubble and half the hardcore can fill a 1 ton bag ready to be taken away. There's an crappy, knackered old brick BBQ out the back I'll take down too.

Whatever is left will be mixed with soil, compost and manure and made ready for some plants... Once that's done, decide what's going to go in the spaces... bark, slate chippings, stone chippings... no idea yet.
