I am reading Heaven Official's Blessing 8, and I can't say that I understand all of what is going on, but it seems to be saying that...

People create systems of power as a form of exclusivity, and this leads others to want to position themselves within these power systems.
But in truth it is just someone's construct and you are just pieces playing their game.
To win, you have to step outside of the power structure. Others will shame you, but that is the only way to be free.
