Besonders wril billigste #SchinaSchrott-"#ThermalGrease" genutzt wird...
Entweder nen austrocknungsfestes #Wärmeleitpad oder ne gute Paste wie #ARCTIC #MX4 draufpacken (letztere muss alle 5 Jahre erneuert werden!)...
Wenn die Wärmeleitung schlecht ist drosseln SoC und andere Komponenten wie in der #FritzBox die #Leistung um #Überhitzung zu vermeiden...
Ggf. hilft es auch zusätzliche Kühlkörper auf andere Chips zu packen die im Betrieb wärmer werden...
