Two printers on the same table - one is running while the other is idle - that's a risk of slowly unwinding the idle spool due to the transmission of vibrations... But fear no more!

These anti-vibration feet rely on 8mm steel balls (from old bearings) resting in flat bowls. Amazing to see the printer wiggle.

Abused the Hotpress again to make colorful sheets from shredded 3d prints and leftovers.

Sheets are approx. 2mm thick and surprisingly tough.

Our experimental pattern generator program can now create automatic infills! Yay!

It also does a decent job on hand-drawn sketches (see pic 2). Still working on concave shapes and internal holes...  

For now, only zigzag and parallel infill lines are possible. More exotic patterns will follow soon. 🙂
