The albums of 2025 finally landed on the #Mumubl blog and newsletter last week and the first was the fantastic #Lux from @rosalia.vt
"It is partly mad, it’s epic, it’s a driving soundscape of classical music fused with pop and flamenco and so much more. It soars, it bounces, it feels huge."

It's taken me a week to post this. 😶 Sorry.
I've enjoyed finding music I like from these posts since I found his site. I recommend subscribing.
Better late than never is what I believe they say, and late it is, the Mumubl.com summary of 2025's best of. Still worth checking out, it's not like albums go mouldy like bread.

Solid evening here in The Yard, Manchester watching Seamus Fogarty. He just played his whole new album from start to finish. That was really good.

album showcase: "i felt like a sketch" by key vs. locket
key vs. locket is an indie rock project by Laura Almeida, a multi genre musician from Brazil. I have been following her for her last few projects, and she has posted under a couple other names including Twikipedia and D2LTA. I enjoy the new rock style she is exploring and her use of both English and Portuguese in her songs. It's sort of a mix between midwest emo and a bit of math rock but also takes a more minimalistic approach to the songwriting. I have listened to this album quite a bit, so it has become a record that I am fond of along with her other rock album "for the rest of your life." I am excited to see what direction she takes her next album in, and I can't think of many other artists where I have been this excited to hear their next work

Question for the collective:
If I'm a huge fan of Stravinksy, Debussy, and Steve Reich, what would be the best Poulenc to start with for me as a Poulenc-neophyte?

Pal at work got me into Hot Mulligan recently and I'm seriously loving this one from them.
