step 1. get a Vital. changing the wavetable is not necessary, although it might be better to use a saw wave with unison and detuning all the way up, and detune power at zero. maybe add a pitch sweep as well. i did none of that though
step 2. go to the effects, turn on the following effects and put them in this order: compressor -> reverb -> chorus
- compressor: leave as default multiband
- reverb: high cut all the way up. EQ not turning the highs down. mix at full. chor amount and fequency all the way up. size can vary. time 64 seconds
- chorus: delay 1 nothing. delay 2, max. depth, max. feedback, max. mix, max
step 3. play literally anything. boom white noise!
after that maybe EQ it add some clipping and push the input gain into it and then record it with like Edison or something. this noise is stereo by default, to make mono white noise use kHs Stereo or something to take out all the width
last time (quoted post/link below) i used like 3 mixer inserts to make the white noise. i just found this method which is SO stupid and i do NOT know why it works. but. here it is
