I’m up entirely too late but I wanted to write a bit.

We got word that I’ll have full coverage for physical rehab, potentially as soon as next week! It looks like it’ll be outpatient treatment, and up to 60 visits per year (so once a week or so). We’re going to formulate a plan to get as much leg functioning back as we can.

The clinic I’ll be going to specializes in complex and hard to diagnose cases, which has been a struggle because what I deal with doesn’t easily fall into a single diagnosis.

This is very good news that I’ve needed for a while. To be honest though: It frustrates me that it’s taken this long to finally get this process started because of the massive issues with US healthcare. I’m just glad we finally found some good doctors.
