Been giving some more thought to #MultiStakeholderCoops lately, and an approach recently occurred to me that I'd not considered before.
Generally, my sense has been that the #coop has 2 or more classes of shares, with each class of shares owning X% or Y% of the co-op. When there's surplus, the workers divide X% of it on the basis of hours worked, and the consumers divide Y% on the basis of dollars spent. So, when converting a consumer co-op to a MSC, the workers would be buying X%. 1/
