In the video you can see the agents pinning him down as he screams in pain. After hearing the screams, community members came outside to find their neighbor being pinned down, brutalized and kidnapped by ICE agents. The man lives in the quiet neighborhood at Harvest in Santa Paula. Neighbors describe him as a hard worker who takes care of his family- “At around 8am this morning we heard a blood curdling scream from outside- a scream you only hear from someone who has been hurt. These three masked men, presented no formal identification, their badges concealed. Refused to cooperate with neighbors to explain the situation and physically hurt this man.” In the video you can see ICE agents telling neighbors to “SHUT THE F UP!” , threatening to mace anyone for documenting the incident.
