@poledance 🎉🎉Random pole update - something that I definitely wasn’t expecting - as I was walking out of open pole yesterday and the next class was walking in, @thirty_something_poler grabbed everyone’s attention and announced that I graduated from intermediate to ADVANCED!!!! so so happy and the thanks is owed to ALL of my amazing instructors @ @vertical_movement_pole . The one on one meeting that I had with my supervisor today went really well.

She told me that I'm actually ahead of where I should be at the nearly 3 month mark and that I'm doing exceptionally well.

She also told me that they are hiring for at least one more person in my immediate department and that once they get someone hired and trained, that I will be moving up to an earlier shift since I'm doing so well.

I'm hoping they can get someone hired in the next few weeks and then trained over 2 - 3 months, very similar to what I went through.

I don't mind working the 11am - 8pm EST shift, I'd certainly love to work earlier so I can be done earlier. The later shift however is much slower, which isn't a bad thing at all.

As part of my new role, I've moved to a new, better office (bigger, no glass in the door, actual windows so I can see the outside).

I've been in the old one for over four years (since summer 2019), except for a break in the middle where I was elsewhere for a few months.

I tend to be pretty sentimental, but I haven't really felt anything about moving out and leaving it behind.
