Saw Red One and very much enjoyed it. I see what they did: "What if we made a Christmas movie with all the notes of a Marvel movie?" So of course it worked.

Managed to avoid shopping this weekend. That's a win.

Ran the Evanston Flying Turkey 5K on Thursday, with the race route going right by the Northwestern University campus. Weather was chilly, but far from unbearable. A great way to start #Thanksgiving2024!

A ★★★★ review of Ambulance (2022)

A tragic tale of two brothers who are on opposite ends of the line between good and bad. The brotherhood is strong between the two male leads. The action is always on point with any Michael Bay film. The chase within almost rivals George Miller's Mad Max Fury Road. The use of drones is phenomenal in this film. Don't forget about the best tertiary character with Cam. Her story is compelling and becomes an interesting part within the main storyline. If you want a high adrenaline action film with a truly deep compelling story within, it's worth a watch.
