Inspired by @Liquidream I had a look at my 2024 movie watchlist and, while some of them were rewatches, most of them were new to me.
My passion for the Golden Age of Hollywood continues unabated and my favourite movie of the year was A Matter of Life and Death (1946) which I had read about but never seen and I think my favourite new release movie was probably Perfect Days (2023), though Fall Guy (2024) and Memoir of a Snail (2024) come in close behind.
