I think I'm going to start The Suicide Squad this week.🎥🍿

Now, I admit that I'm not entirely clear on what the difference is between this "Suicide Squad" from 2021 (left photo) and the one that came out in 2016 (right photo).🤔

Is it a sequel? A remake? A complete stand-alone that just happens to star a couple of the same actors from the previous film?🤷‍♀️ I honestly have no idea, but hopefully I'll find out.😉

Much has been made of Viola Davis performance in The Woman King with good reason. Only one word can describe it: Fierce. 
Part Gladiator, part Last of the Mohicans this is one of the most energetic and impactful movies I’ve watched in the last decade. 
It’s a fearsome actioner with women at its centre.
Special mention to newcomer Thuso Mbedu as Nawi. She makes the movie what it is: Grounded and full of heart.
