We are currently developing a new version (v1.0) with more functionalities:
- Improvement of features from the initial MouseTube version (protocol and vocalization creation)
- Option to share vocalization files on Zenodo, the European institutional repository
- Extension of MouseTube to rats and other species
- Reference datasets from mice and rats
- More intuitive interface
- Hardware section for recording material (microphones, soundcards)

The version 0.5 is a temporary version.
This version uses the same database as the initial version but with more recent and safer technologies. The main improvement is that data are now accessible without authentication.
