Completed an intense training session at Shahbandar: 18 hills total, 9 hills one way, a quick refuel with lunch, then back for another 9 in reverse.

Less intense climbs/workouts until climb day, but will try and keep it consistent.

When you're a busy working mum, sometimes getting out for a hike is not feasible.

Making do with some inclined treadmill walks. Sadly mine does a max incline of 15 - but better than nothing 😅 .

1 fitness goal before I hit 40: climb Mount Kinabalu 🏔️

Planned it months ago with a solid training schedule... but between vacations, kid chaos, work, and a few sprains and illnesses, it's been far from smooth.

3 weeks to go. A little nervous, but picking up the pace again. Let’s see how this goes.
