The rubber duck swims on... the beach?

I took this photo on July 5, 2021, with the Open Camera App on my Motorola Moto e6. The location is Hudson Avenue in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn, a scenic street I visited here on Pixelfed once before (see second link).

Last summer, I encountered these UFO-esque mushrooms growing on a lawn outside of a housing project in Vinegar Hill, Brooklyn. Does anyone know what is growing here? Mysterious stuff.

Seen last August - a lamppost/streetlight teetering on the brink of collapse after a summer storm in Brooklyn, New York. The location is Imlay Street in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Red Hook. Imlay is sparsely populated and lined with massive old factories and warehouses that are gradually being converted into apartments and office space (the process is not too far along yet). One notable attraction just off Imlay is one of New York City's ferry terminals.

But does Uncle Susan wear sheep's clothing? I found this graffiti scribbled in the Gowanus, a neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York City. I posted the photo in an article wherein I undertook an investigation of the meaning and source of "Uncle Susan is a Wolf." The Brooklyn-Queens Expressway bisects Hicks Street, separating the neighborhood of Columbia Street Waterfront District (where I'm standing) from Carroll Gardens (on the other side of the bridge). The Bridge is one of the five crossings to Columbia Street Waterfront District from Carroll Gardens and Cobble Hill. The church in the background is Sacred Hearts & St. Stephens Roman Catholic Church.
