Actualice mi #MotoG6 con #LineageOS 21.1, es decir, Android 12.1.
Es increíble lo bien que funciona este teléfono de 3GB de RAM. Claro, si no usas muchas apps privativas (solo whatsapp y apps bancarias).
Sin redes sociales privativas ni Google y el fabricante en el medio, los celulares vuelan.

Amo este SO. Pensar que de ser por google este dispositivo se quedaba en Android 9. Pffff!

I'm flashing my #motog6 with the latest #lineagos build 🥳
- right after I backuped the old SD card with pictures of 2016 -
I will ditch #googleapps of course and install all my favourite apps on #fdroid. I do play #shatteredpixeldungeon a lot for example.

Having updated my moto g6, I am a bit perplexed by some of the UI changes. I am all for new functionality, but don't remove useful elements. E.g. having to go into the settings to adjust the ring volume instead of the pull down menu bar is a poor design change. @Moto #motog6

Nachdem ich gestern ein Austauschgerät für mein gebricktes Moto G6 Plus erhalten habe ist das Gerät nun wieder eingerichtet. Habe mich aber denn noch dafür entschieden das Gerät wieder mit LineageOS zu bespielen.

Leider musste ich dafür Windows nehmen, da adb und fastboot unter Linux irgendwie nicht so ganz wollten.

Nun ja, gerät läuft nun wieder mit LOS 16 (Android 9).

okay so after my Moto X pure broke yesterday, I replaced it with a Moto G6 Plus. So far I am happy. Deactivated all google apps and installed F-Droid via apk.

Hope there will be LineageOS support in the future. As far as I can tell it is currently in an experimental state. And I don't find many installation guides, so for me it would be a bit risky. But it would be cool to get rid of google completely.
