一昨日投稿したコウモリガ（ https://social.vivaldi.net/@kyu3a/115322317263594837 ）、他にも色んな特徴が！！😅

・成虫は秋に出現し，日中は枝葉や壁にぶら下がって動かないが，夕暮れ時になると活発に飛び回る。このようなコウモリさながらの行動が，コウモリガという名前の由来。
・コウモリガのメスは，飛びながら卵をばらまくというユニークな産卵行動をとることが知られており，地面に産み落とされる卵の総数は1万個に及ぶこともある。（😳!!）
・チベットや中国の雲南省，青海省などの高山帯に生息するコウモリガの仲間（日本の種とは異なる。）の幼虫は，地中にトンネルを掘り草本を食べるが，菌類におかされることが多く，子実体（しじつたい）と呼ばれるいわゆるキノコが生えたものは漢方薬の冬虫夏草として珍重されてきた。

・排泄物を糸でつづって大きな糞塊を形成するのが特徴で、食害された苗木は枯死する場合がある。
