Wolseley, Sask., man gets maximum youth sentence for fatal shooting of Keilia Windigo
Nearly two years after a fatal shooting, two mothers shared an embrace. Keilia Windigo's mother, Kristen, said she forgave the man who pleaded guilty to shooting and killing her daughter. The man's mother, who cannot be identified, said they plan to carry their love for both of them together.
