Get it?! Higher Learning! Well, that’s what #motherearthbrewco’s newest Project-X Series release inspired us to accent this beer with, books! Mostly a pile of beer books. But, we did sneak in some Calvin & Hobbes!

Out of the can, Higher Learning produces an initially spirited amount of off-white head. Resting on an opaque bedding of pale goodness, the beer recedes slowly, leaving behind a tattered curtain of lacing inside.
Swirling and sniffing, we recover notes of stone fruit, tropical citrus, some dank, and orange zest.
Sipping, we pick up those same characteristics along with some grapefruit, a bit of straw, and cracker breadiness. Overall, Higher Learning has a medium to strong mouthfeel, a noticeable alcoholic warmth, and a lingering stickiness that is accented by bitterness. #beer #photograpy #boise #nampa #idaho
