Wife had been pestering me for a year to try AJ's "famous" Double Burger.
She said she would never go back.
Overcooked and undercooked at the same time, tasteless meat. Not worth the £5 they were charging.
Even McDonalds' crappy burgers are better than there.

Meanwhile in Morecambe, the much anticipated Eden Project North (full disclosure: I was involved in its early development) looks to have been scaled back, from four to two domes & more external gardens, due to shifts in the funding environment (in other words promised funding has been slow to materialise).

While the project should go ahead this sadly confirms the cynicism that suggested Morecambe would never get the full scheme... another missed opportunity?
