Nur noch wenige Wochen, dann fällt in den #USA eine wegweisende Entscheidung für den Leverkusener Chemiekonzern #Bayer. Denn das oberste Gericht der USA könnte ein Grundsatzurteil fällen, das Schadenersatzklagen wegen #Glyphosat in Zukunft den rechtlichen Boden entziehen würde. Mit einem Richterspruch würden die Leverkusener damit auf einen Schlag ihr größtes Problem loswerden. Ein Problem, das sich Bayer mit #Monsanto erst 2018 eingekauft hatte.
