This is wonderful and I would love to work or even live in a community like this.
At the same time how is this different to a monastic community (in pretty much any religion) Its very close to what Gerrard Winstanley and the Diggers did or even Epicurus and his followers living in the Garden outside the city walls of Athens. There is nothing new under the sun.
I think this is how people should live. Small groups living, eating and working communally. Living though each other and the land you live on.
