I finally got my Oculus Rift CV1 working on Linux using Monado, I'm excited to see how usable this is. at last I can use this lovely headset without a Facebook account :)

my only gripe with the CV1 is the display resolution being so small. I wonder if some day I could hack denser panels into it?

Running @stardustxr on #NixOS Thinkpad T480 via #monadoxr drivers for NReal Air. This is a multimonitor test, and it's looking great. Open source has accomplished what proprietary could not, and very quickly. The future is now!
