Mojitos!!!

Simple Syrup - dissolve sugar in hot and chill it. 1/2 oz

Fresh Squeezed lime juice. 1 oz

Rum 2 oz

Mineral water (club soda for most of y'all) top off.

Muddled mint. 6-10 fresh leaves

Really is a great drink

2/2 Tlecan's stellar drinks!
Partner's (#mezcal ) #mojito I tasted had a long long flavor with the hoja santo and licor damiana. The Katzoo Toon Puebla (distillate) waitstaff directed me to when I mentioned the mezcals I liked, was smoky yet soft with slight mineral tones (see 👆🏽)
The Tejuino (ferment) - came with a bit of lime sorbet. Finished up with the Tascalate sour (I'd had it before) delightful with distinct corn tones from the drinks dusting on top.
