But I feel that Alex is missing the point of what it means to be a judge and take that role seriously. He sees it as a wrestling contest between two men, but one is a judge, and the other is a business owner misusing his companies' power for political influence. Alex: "he will lose, it's just the question how embarrassing it will be". But it's a judge trying to uphold the law! That's not embarrassing, that's courageous!
