How is there a spider with a legspan of greater than 1 inch clinging to the side of one of my N scale freight cars, that had no spider on it just 2 days ago when I pulled it off the tracks and placed it into a box, and was not disturbed by the process of me pulling it from the box, railing it onto the tracks and shunting it around for a good hour before I became aware of its existence?#modelRailways #modelrailroading #trains

"Finally, in 1976 a Japanese typewriter manufacturer, Astor, produced a magnificent live steam gauge 1 Schools class locomotive which for all the world reflected how Bing might have made gauge 1 locomotives has the firm survived to the 1970s"

From page 45 (pages 42-44 all contain photos) of The World of Model Trains, ISBN 0-89009-218-4

so not sure if you guys know but i want to get into the model train/model railroading world even as a blind person, but i just have one thing to say. okay, this is very strange. Why would a multi million dollar model train manufacturer like MTH electric trains use hex headers and raw audio blocks for their .mth files? And why are they still freely available? That boggles me, very much so. Even in their modern #Protosound3 locomotives they have this, hex headers and raw audio blocks, even the hex headers specify where it loops! I thought they'd use encription by now! #ModelTrains #ModelRailroading #MTHElectricTrains
