Language Models Need Sleep: Learning to Self-Modify and Consolidate Memories

The past few decades have witnessed significant advances in the design of machine learning algorithms, from early studies on task-specific shallow models to more general deep Large Language Models (LLMs). This paper explores how language models might benefit from a sleep-like consolidation phase to self-modify and consolidate memories.

Community Event: DRAW NAKED PEOPLE #6

OCCII, Wednesday, June 24 at 07:30 PM GMT+2

DRAW NAKED PEOPLE

All naked bodies are beautiful and they are a very good subject for drawings! You don’t need any experience to pick up a pencil to draw what you see. During this evening we’ll explore drawing different bodies in different poses. Expect poses of 1, 2, 5, 10 minutes to try and challenge your creative hand. You’ll be working independently (it’s not a ‘class’) but you’ll get helpful suggestions to play with materials, style and your creativity. We’ll be drawing flat, not on easels. Different drawing materials and paper will be present to use but feel free to bring your own preferred media, like iPads, markers, charcoal, gouache etc. This event is donation based pay as you can – 100% proceeds for models and use of materials. Wednesday 24th June
Doors open 19.30, start 20.00 til 22.00 – free to walk in or out at other times if there is space (usually full)

How I Get Free Traffic from ChatGPT in 2025 (AIO vs SEO). Three weeks ago, I tested something that completely changed how I think about organic traffic. I opened ChatGPT and asked a simple question: "What's the best course on building SaaS with WordPress?" The answer that appeared stopped me cold. My course showed up as the first result, recommended directly by the AI with specific reasons why it was valuable. I hadn't paid for advertising. #content #models #search #thanksgiving
