Tôi vừa thử SpotBoard, extension Chrome thu thập tin tức. Sau 5 buổi test, onboarding rất rối, người dùng mất nhiều phút mới bắt đầu và 4/5 không dùng máy tính để lướt web – họ chỉ dùng điện thoại. Điều này cho thấy desktop giờ chỉ dành cho công việc, còn mobile là nơi người dùng tiêu thụ nội dung.
