Our #mnwild video report heading into Game 5
Marcus Foligno said there was some 'arrogance' to their game in Game 4 - not playing their style. "It's a mental commitment to our game and Game 4 we didn't do it. We did a lot of east-west. Honestly it was kind of a brain fog with some guys." #mnwild
Eriksson Ek and Brodin won’t travel for Game 5. #mnwild

Mats Zuccarello doesn’t look - or sound - like a guy ready to retire. “I don’t feel like I’m 38,” he says.

The veteran winger was reflective on career and is open to continuing it with #mnwild.

“We always have interest in Zuccy,” Bill Guerin says.

As the Wild face elimination, Mats Zuccarello hopes his journey isn’t over: ‘I don’t feel like I’m 38’

Zuccarello indicated that if he doesn’t choose to retire, he’d like to return and stay “loyal” to a group he’s been a big part of.

Wild don’t act like contender in biggest game of season, with no-show that could haunt them

Coach John Hynes: “The style of game that we needed to play to win the game, we made the conscious choice not to play that way tonight."

Bill Guerin, Chris MacFarland and Pat Verbeek are the finalists for GM of the Year.

🚨 NEW: Turns out Minnesota's Temu tough guys are lousy freaking actors, too. 🏒 And the #Avalanche & Josh Manson are now one win away from pulling the curtain down on the Land of 10,000 Fakes. @DenverPost column: 👇

Keeler: Avalanche, Josh Manson expose Wild’s Temu tough guys as bad actors, too, take 3-1 series lead

Turns out the Temu tough guys are lousy actors, too. The Minnesota Mild threw every trick they could find from Whiny Pete DeBoer’s playbook at the Avalanche in Game 4. Especially the dirty ones.

The Denver Post

#mnwild Michael McCarron on the Josh Manson butt end play:

“I blew him up, and he grabs me and pulls me on top of him. He's a dirty player. He took his butt end and clearly, butt-ended me in the face. I don't know how it's not five minutes. I think the rule book says it's a five minute if you butt-end someone in the face. He's a dirty player. He's always been. Not very well respected.”

That's a final @GrandCasArena in St. Paul!

The #Avs defeat the #mnwild by a score of 5-2!

They now lead their second round series 3-1 and have a chance to close out the series @ballarenadenver on Wednesday night! #GoAvsGo
