Quick tip: if `ffmpeg` shows the incorrect frame count when processing videos, just toss it through a quick `mkvmerge`.

Ah previous me...I see you've decided to make this rewrite more difficult because you got _clever_ and I decided to keep backward compatibility. Thought that the `ffmpeg` module would be the biggest pain in the ass, but I was completely wrong. The `mkvmerge` part is coming along and I'm hoping to have it done today or tomorrow. After sorting out some subtitle issues with the next batch of encodes and a lot of prep work I've got the next set onto the servers. Encodes are looking great as they're coming in at around 1 hour and 15 minutes per episode. Sorted the subtitle issue by accident as I can point to multiple attachment directories in the `mkvmerge` module.

I ripped video from a DVD, and the full feature was split into three separate video files (technically three different episodes of the show) and I know how to join them. I converted the vob subtitles into SRT files. I'm not sure how to append the subtitle files correctly though? Since it would involve all of the time codes for the second and third SRT files shifting? Can mkvmerge do this?
