Dans la version beta actuelle il y a la langue occitane... Je souhaite illustrer un article avec des photos mais je n'ai pas cette mini console. Est-ce vous pourriez m'aider dans cette quête ?

I recently acquired a Miyoo Mini Plus, a handheld retro gaming / emulation system. It runs some custom Linux build, but I installed Onion, a custom frontend.

After some difficulties, I was able to get Retro Achievements working, to track my progress:

I'm a convert to the idea of minimalism in my #retrogaming. I discovered early on that if I have everything, I play nothing, and moved to a more methodical curating process where I just load up what I want to play.

So I was immediately taken by Russ from RGC's concept of a "5 game console". That is, a handheld with just five carefully chosen games on it:

Been trying to play Actraiser, I remember playing it quite a lot when I was young, but never #hitexploded it. So attempting now. Enjoying the music by @yuzokoshiro.bsky.social. Controls feel a bit off though, but maybe that's coz I am saying on the #miyoo Flip v2. #snes #superfamicom

BTW I've been looking for a handheld that's easier to whip out than my #SteamDeck. also I'm trying to substitute the habbit to use my phone with a retro handheld

The SDL implementation available on #miyoo seems incomplete, so I changed plans and I'm using embedded-graphics instead. For that purpose, I came up with a framebuffer driver for embedded-graphics. It seems to work quite well! Now for sound and input devices. #rust #embedded #linux
