last week I made a big #ikea order ( 6x Pax systems, 5x Ivar systems, 1x #mittzon office system). it was the worst experience I've had. pax system was order in a planning studio, just to discover that it won't fit (it was technically 2cm smaller than the room width, but planner did not consider sockets ...etc). you cannot modify the order, you cannot cancel it, delivery cannot be revoked (depending on logistics company).
