A renewed search by volunteers for missing Tasmanian man Peter Willoughby led to the discovery of remains on Saturday. It's the second time this year a group of volunteers has made a significant find during the search for a missing person.

On 5/23/2026, at approximately 0700 hours, Rudd Miller left his residence located
in the 100 block of Sandberg Street in the City of Thousand Oaks. Rudd left in the
direction of Wildwood Park in the City of Thousand Oaks. Rudd was captured on
Ring video in the area at approximately 0720 hours.
Rudd has a grey/white beard, and was last seen wearing a dark blue flannel, grey
pants, and black slip-on style Van shoes. Rudd has early onset Dementia and
deemed to be at risk. Rudd does not have his cell phone, all vehicles at the
residence are accounted for, and he was confirmed to be on foot when he left.
His current whereabouts are unknown and he has done this one time in the past.

Missing at risk/runaway juvenile on a blue bicycle in the Oak Park area.

On 5/28/2026, at approximately 1915 hours, Elise Peloso left her residence located in the 600 block of Indian Oaks Lane in the City of Oak Park. Peloso has a history of self harm, depression, suicidal ideations, and is listed as an at risk missing juvenile. Peloso was last seen wearing a white top, grey sweatpants, and tennis shoes. Peloso does not have a phone on her at this time. Peloso left the house on a blue bicycle. Her current whereabouts are unknown and she has a history of running away.
