sknobUncomfortable music subject: some tracks can trigger my #misophonia. Usually very glitchy music, or clicky sounds in the upper register, basically anything that gets close to nail biting or nail clipping (it is physically intensely uncomfortable to even write this toot!).
Some videos can be too hard to watch due to photo sensitivity, basically bright flashing colors on a dark background are the worst, and can induce discomfort and migraines. Certain movements can trigger motion sickness.

SolseturJust taught my office friend about misophonia. His is the crinkly sound of plastic bags, but is more distressing the more taut the plastic is at rest. So cellophane crinkling is apparently the most distressing.

- The Carmelite Nunnery in Rydebäck south of #helsingborg . One of the more strict and introvert orders there are. They like quite and solitude and they are actually packing their bags and moving due to too many houses being built near by. Too much people. As an #autistic person with #misophonia I can kind of relate. #nuns #convent
- I do love me some dilapidated farm buildings. :)
