Aside from all the frost it's and nightly wolf attacks, working on this little island of ours was quite nice! Sure there was the odd hailstorm here or blizzard there, but rotating our little cropland and growing a bit of a cache of food for ourselves was really feeling rewarding!

It's Thurs will be Blood once again, which means we get to spend more time at the camp, struggling to survive.
Some days I still get the urge to return to this modpack/playthrough, but once I remember how janky and awkward it was to dev for this version, let alone play in it, that feeling tends to become evermore fleeting.
By the time I finished the original TWBB I had grown out of the "shove in all the difficulty mods into a pack" phase of my journey with modpacks, and into more of the things I find enjoyable with the likes of Underdog, Aged, or even Hideous Destructor; immersive and realistic/believable mechanics with a focus on survival.
