Заява Володимир Зеленський про можливі домовленості з країнами Близького Сходу щодо підтримки ППО — це частина ширшої стратегії диверсифікації військово-технічної допомоги. Після перевантаження західних ліній постачання та затримок із новими пакетами допомоги, Київ активно шукає альтернативні джерела:
країни регіону мають значні запаси систем ППО радянського та західного зразка;
деякі з них уже проходили модернізацію під загрози БПЛА та ракет (актуально для України);
політично — це сигнал, що Україна виходить за межі “НАТО-centric” підтримки.
Ймовірні формати співпраці:
передача або перепродаж систем (Patriot/HAWK/С-300);
обмін технологіями (антидронові рішення);
фінансування закупівель через треті країни.
