If you like the sturdiness of #militarySurplus but don't want to pay as much (and don't care about camo etc), then the #ACU / #UCP camo stuff is made just as strong but is often half the price or less

#MilitarySurplus stores are annoying. Maybe I’m weird but I’m mostly interested in actual military surplus. Ie. #genuineIssue #military equipment. Either actually issued or made by the same contractor to the same spec, and in the same country. I have almost no interest in the ‘military style’ made-somewhere repro stuff that dominates the market. Often it is poor quality, ugly and, most importantly, lacks any authentic story to the item. It’s often difficult or impossible to filter that out.
