I had the very distinct pleasure of seeing #mikepatton perform live recently. Makes up for never getting to see #faithnomore back in the day. Totally epic. 🤘🏻🎸

Here's one of the giant beers I bought when we saw Mr Bungle and Spotlights at the Manchester Ritz on 13/06/2024. It was my second time at a Patton gig and I never thought I'd get to see Bungle after they originally split up in 2000. Although the Raging Wrath stuff is very different to California and their major label stuff, it absolutely rips. We bought cool Bungle and Spotlights t-shirts too - buy merch, support touring bands!!
I feel like it's kind of silly to use the word "unexpected" where Mike Patton is concerned, but his work with the Avett Brothers did catch me off guard.

I have just become aware that Mike Patton released a collaboration album with The Avett Brothers entitled 'AVTT/PTTN' in November last year.
I am considering whether I should listen to this or not.
Hot damn! New Jehnny Beth track (and vid) dropped on Friday.
And it features a little somebody called Mike. 🥳
