Ran Horn#mikeleach travelled 300 miles to visit my gallery in Van Horn TX to talk to me about #vangogh and ask me to do a portrait of him #vangoghstyle. He was head football coach at #texastechuniversity in 2008. When I took him the painting, he treated me like royalty and let me and my sister Terry's family visit him and his football practice. A couple of months later, he callede to tell me about a museum that specialized in showing artists' tributes to Van Gogh. He died Monday. He will be missed.

Mike Leach, the gruff, pioneering and unfiltered college football coach who helped revolutionize the passing game with the Air Raid offense, has died following complications from a heart condition, Mississippi State said Tuesday.
