JackalLanternI was just learning about Nunuk Nuraini, who invented Indomie’s mi goreng flavor of instant noodles, and learned I had been eating them not as intended. They’re supposed to be eaten like mac n cheez, i.e. drained and sauced, and not like ramen in a broth. Honestly they’re great both ways. #NunukNuraini #miGoreng

First time they ended up as a bland doughy thing with not a lot of taste.
Added ginger at 2nd attempt - and an egg. The result was better, but still not yummy.
Added ginger, a spring onion and an egg today - and that seems to be the way to go. Does not look all that great, but the taste is spot-on and it's easy to eat with chop sticks.
