I admit, I always scoffed at resistance bands, but this just gave me the piece I needed for leg day at home. Tryin to kick the cold blues #middleagedfitness
Recredo bands and Dmoose cuffs.
2 miles in 20:40, 1 mi in 12:30 and about .6 miles walking. Not too bad... ugh
