Yikes! The overflow meeting this morning for potential farm club members who can't come to the main meeting tomorrow, drew 6 very enthusiastic people. We might end up with nearly 15 new worker members... suddenly we have to think in terms of #microsolidarity and #sociocracy
David RuffnerI'm interested in using sociocracy as a guide for how to organize the group. In the past I have started a small group and people thought it was my group. I want this group to be the member's group, not mine. Also I would like for us to decide things based on consent (not necessarily everyone's preference, but good enough to try).
I also take inspiration from microsolidarity which talks about small groups, or crews, as a basis for larger community.
