La dernière fois que j'étais à Paris, il y avait toujours les carnets. J'ai appris récemment que ça n'existe plus.
Pour mon séjour, un forfait semaine sera le plus favorable.
Mais je me demande : est-ce-qu'il faut l'appli ? Ou peut-on aussi acheter un billet en papier ? Je n'aime pas trop créer un compte etc alors que je ne reste que quelques jours à Paris (mon fils, 16 ans, sera avec moi).

@jfmezei @canleaf @kenshirriff Now that's interesting! In Paris (the birthplace of Calypso) they still sell ONLY paper magstripe tickets for multi-zone trips, and I have suspected this is because #Calypso cannot handle it.
Barcelona wisely avoided this mess by going with #CIPURSE for the #tmobilitat instead.
@jon @reecemartintransit Since Villejuif will not be opening, why does the train waste energy slowing down on the approach and then speeding back up? It's the same #CBTC used by Barcelona line 9 (Siemens Trainguard MT), but in BCN the trains blow right through unserved stations at full speed.
What a waste of energy. What the hell is #alstom doing? Learn from the projects that got things right!
Let's hope they fix this before it goes into revenue service.
@jon @reecemartintransit Most of the remainder in between there and Olympiades, however... not so much. Given that they want to open this whole section on 24 June I am quite surprised to see so few people at work, given that this was in the middle of a weekday.
@jon @reecemartintransit @straphanger Aéroport d'Orly station is essentially 99.9% done, and it looks beautiful, right down to the lighting.
On the way out of the airport, it will doubtless be a beautiful first impression for visitors to Paris.
Alas, there will be a surcharge for travellers entering or leaving the metro at this station. This should probably come as no surprise, but hopefully won't be anywhere near what the #orlyval costs.
