The system, developed by Prospective.io, uses predictive AI to improve service reliability, reduce overcrowding, and cut passenger waiting times—potentially saving up to 2,000 hours daily across over 700,000 journeys. FlowOS Live helps control teams by automating admin tasks and suggesting real-time adjustments to driver instructions. Over 1,000 buses will be managed through the platform. Staff will be trained to maximise immediate impact. Metroline sees this as a step toward safer, more efficient, and sustainable #transport. Parent company ComfortDelGro may expand the tech to Singapore and Australia.
