I think the #CrossQuarterDay was a few days ago- mid-point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. The Latvian Metenis /Meteņi often called the 'Waiting for Spring' is today Feb 06. This year I'm just going to spend some time outside- maybe do a little altar? cookies later, and it might be an excuse for treats on the weekend..lol

🧵 1 Here we are, more or less halfway between Winter Solstice + Spring Equinox! (Thanks to @mirabilos I've recently learned more about the calculation of #CrossQuarter Days: it's not so straightforward!)
Anyway, for me a general idea of mid-way works- I'll make my natural observations over several days anyway, and if I have time/ energy for ritual, it will depend on work/weather!
